What are Amazon Lockers?
Amazon Lockers give you a place to receive packages when home or the office is not the right solution for you. These self-service lockers are accessible around the clock, so you can pick up your package whenever works best for you.
When you have a package sent to an Amazon Locker, the courier will place your package in the locker and lock it with a single-use code that is sent directly to you. You then use this code to open the locker and retrieve your package, safe and sound.
How to select and use your locker
To find the best locker location, simply go to the Amazon Locker page and enter your zip code or address, then select the pick-up point that works best for you.
Once you have selected your locker and your package has been delivered, simply pick it up within three days. Go to your locker at any time of day and entering the single-use, 6-digit code you received when your package was delivered. If you don’t pick up your package within 3 days, it will be sent back to Amazon and you will get a refund immediately.
